We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Hatori in Kaga. The staff provided excellent service and the shuttle bus was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The hot springs were amazing and not overcrowded. The food exceeded our expectations with delicious options that catered to our dietary needs. We also enjoyed the spacious room with its comfortable sitting area. we would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The shuttle from the train station was a nice touch and the staff were friendly. the hot springs were relaxing and well-maintained. the hotel is located in a convenient spot for easy access to restaurants and shops.

The decor was outdated and the room was overpriced for what we got. the drum performance in the evening was too loud and disruptive to the peace and quiet we were hoping for.
